Dr. Josh talks to Elite Daily about a growing problem. Work related burnout in younger and younger age groups.

"Can you have it before your 30? You bet. You don't have to be over 40 and in your job for almost 20 years before you can experience burnout. In fast paced businesses with high competition, and 24/7 connectivity increasingly we are seeing burnout at younger and younger ages. Why should we care? Because a burned out 20-30 something is not only at risk for poor health and diminished productivity, but they represent the next generation of revenue generation. Don't pity them, don't mock them. Educate, acknowledge and help prevent and mitigate."
